Untamed Table produces fresh, organic meals straight from local farmers in Baja Sur to your home. Our food is free from gluten, dairy, seed oils and sugar. We stay small-scale to ensure absolute freshness and quality.

 

Untamed Table started as a cooking blog in 2012. As a University of Oregon student, Emelia would prepare food for friends that wanted to clean up their diet, in exchange for groceries. Dealing with chronic illness at a young age opened her up to a world of conscious cooking. After attending cooking school in Thailand and working as a cook in Barcelona, Cambodia, and Oregon, she learned to create a wide variety of cuisines, while always sticking to whole food ingredients and feel-good recipes. Now, working with nutritionists and local farms, Untamed Table prepares organic food with a focus on local, seasonal ingredients. We follow zero-waste principles and serve plant-based meals in an effort to support our one earth.
